Later that day, she addressed national security concerns by highlighting recent legislative actions against foreign influence in American education. She tweeted: “American universities should not support CCP-backed institutions. We just passed @RepPfluger’s legislation, which prohibits DHS funding for educational institutions with Confucius Institutes.”
