Stephanie Bice comments on new legislation and extends condolences after DCA incident

Rep. Stephanie Bice, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Oklahoma’s 5th district, has shared several updates on social media recently. Bice, who succeeded Kendra Horn in 2021 and previously served in the Oklahoma Senate from 2014 to 2020, continues to engage with her constituents through various platforms.

On January 29, 2025, Rep. Bice announced that President Biden had signed the Laken Riley Act into law. She expressed optimism about this development and reaffirmed the commitment of the House GOP to prioritize public safety. "@POTUS has officially signed the Laken Riley Act into law. This is only the beginning. @HouseGOP will continue to put the safety of the American people first."

The following day, January 30, 2025, she commented on a tragic event at DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport), expressing her condolences and prayers for those affected by it. "What happened at DCA last night was a tragedy. I am praying for everybody involved."

Later that same day, Rep. Bice took a moment to extend birthday wishes to Speaker Johnson via social media. "Everybody join me in wishing @SpeakerJohnson a happy birthday!"
