In the week ending Mar. 7, one gas station in Cotton County sold premium gas at the lowest reported price of $3.44 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
The county registered an average of $3.49 per gallon for premium gas.
Cotton County had two of five reported gas stations offering premium gas.
The average reported price for a gallon of premium gas in Oklahoma was $3.22, up from the previous week.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
